Link School is a small, friendly school of English language in Ealing, west London. We are a small, friendly school and thanks to our size we know each student, are able to control your learning progress, and give you individual attention. Nobody is anonymous.

We specialize in teaching English as a foreign language to adults, providing ESOL/EFL classes for people who need English for everyday life. We offer General English courses, English Conversation classes, one-to-one English lessons designed to meet individual needs as well as specialist classes such as Business English, Medical English and IELTS, FCE and CAE exam preparation.

OUR LOCATION

Our English centre is based in Ealing Broadway, a pleasant and safe residential area of London which is within a short journey by underground to the centre and popular London attractions. Our Ealing branch opened in January 2009, since then we have helped thousands of students to improve their English.

Link School guarantees that all school teachers are fully qualified to teach English as a foreign language to adults and meet the British standards for English teachers.

Our standard is, that teachers have clear aims for each lesson. They always plan what new skills students will learn during the lesson, which makes our teaching really effective.

We also guarantee that your course group will never be of more than 10 students to give you a sufficient amount of individual attention from the teacher. We offer good quality at a very reasonable cost.

OUR GREAT ENGLISH TEACHERS

All our English teachers are qualified to teach English as a foreign language to adults. They all completed their education in Great Britain and hold teaching diplomas from Cambridge or Trinity College London. Most importantly, they teach because they love teaching!

EFFECTIVE ENGLISH TEACHING METHODS

We put an emphasis on communication. Depending on the type of chosen course we will concentrate on speaking, listening, reading and writing, not forgetting grammar to help you make correct sentences. We use modern but not experimental teaching methods. Our teaching materials are based, among others, on resources from Oxford and Cambridge.

UK Feedback survey 2011

This year (2011) Link School of English in London participated in “UK Feedback”, a survey by STM and now we know our students’ opinions: ‘Overall satisfaction rates were high at UK language schools this year’. STM also says ‘Teaching staff were held in high esteem by the students; 95% rated them either excellent or good’. You can find the article in September issue of Study Travel Magazine.
