Our Medical English Course Will Help You Become a More Proficient in English Healthcare Professional

English for Medical Professionals – our English school also provides English courses for medical staff. Medical professionals are often required to speak fluent English as well as knowing the professional language.

Students should be of intermediate English level/B1 or upwards. Should they be below this standard then additional lessons will be required. The course is designed for 60 hours although more may be required, depending on the student’s level and their area of specialism.

General Terms (Layman) – 2 hours (divided up)
General Medical Terms – 3 hours (divided up)
Suffixes & Plurals – 30 mins
Prefixes – 30 mins
Abbreviations – 3 hours (divided up)
Specialisms – 6 hours (Based on a small group)
Indian, British and American terms – 2 hours
Extra needs – 9 hours
