A traditional German Christmas market returns to the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. Back with entertainment, festive food and drinks, mulled wine, the market is the perfect place for Christmas shopping.


Christmas at Greenwich Market

From 26 November 2014 to 24 December 2014
An alternative to the high street for your shopping to find Christmas gifts. The Greenwich Market is selling all kinds of festive stuff. You will find there mixing up arts, crafts, vintage fashion, antiques and other quirky things.

 

Traditional Christmas Market at Southbank Centre

From 11 November 2014 to 04 January 2015
Promising plenty of seasonal treats and a festive atmosphere for visitors of all ages, the Traditional Christmas Market at Southbank Centre makes a welcome return to London for the 2014 Christmas season. The market is located between the Waterloo Bridge and The London Eye along Queen’s Walk. The Traditional Christmas Market at Southbank Centre promises to get you into the festive spirit with real food, mulled wine, handmade gifts and great opportunity to find unusual Christmas presents. For children, one of the main attractions of their visit to the Christmas Market at Southbank will be a ride on the merry-go-round. St Martin in the Fields

This December, St Martin in the Fields near Trafalgar Square is hosting a variety of carol concerts for charity.

Love Christmas: Celebrity Carol Concert at St Paul’s Cathedral

On 18 December 2014
Christmas carol concert at St Paul’s Cathedral is a festive celebration of music and the spoken word. The concert will be hosed by many celebrity names amongst which Joanna Lumley, Barbara Windsor, Susanna Reid, Penny Smith and Russell Watson. All proceeds from the concert go to Age UK, which helps to fight loneliness in old age.
